Aaron stood up and walked over to his piano while Bryanna ate. He brushed his hand over the light layer of dust before opening it. His fingers ran over the familiar keys and played a simple tune.

Bry ate a slice of pizza and watched Aaron. She swallowed the bite she was chewing and looked at him. "I didn't know you played piano."

Aaron smiled and nodded. "Why else would I keep a piano in here? It's not for decoration." He laughed.

Bry shrugged. "I know people who have one but don't play them." She laughed. "It is different but I guess the like it."

"I don't get people who do that." Aaron stopped playing and turned to Bryanna. "Haven't played in while though."

Bry laughed. "Me neither." She sighed. "I play the piano, but that's really the only instrument I can play. I prefer singing and dancing."

Aaron laughed. "You're too peppy to be a DE." He smiled and idly played a song.

Bry stuck her tongue out and laughed. "And your point is?"

"No, not really." She smiled and took another slice of pizza. "You want any of this? I can't eat the whole thing by myself."

"Exactly." Aaron grinned and walked over to the table. He took a seat and grabbed a slice.

Bry finished her second slice and was full. She took another drink out of her water and looked around the apartment.

Aaron wasn't really that hungry. He finished his slice and tossed the rest into the fridge. Aaron walked over to the window and leaned against it. "Bryanna. Do you still love me?"

Bry was surprised by his question. "Why? Why does it matter?" she asked him curiously. She sighed and ran a hand through her hair, she didn't exactly want to admit that she still did love him, even when she was with Teddy she still had feelings for Aaron.

"I just want to know if the feeling is mutual." Aaron said in a voice hardly above a whisper. "Am I wrong for that?"

Bry looked at him thinking she heard wrong. "Wait, what?" she thought he loved Charlotte.

Bry got up and walked over to him. "Aaron, yes, I still love you....Honestly I don't think I stopped." she said looking up at him.

Aaron smiled softly. "I don't think I ever stopped lovin' you either." He said and took a step closer towards her.

Bry smiled softly and gently grabbed his hand. "Really? I thought.....well that you didn't really love me after the whole Charlotte thing....I hoped but I didn't think you did..." she said quietly,

Aaron looked down at their intertwined hands before looking back up at Bryanna. "But I can't be with her. The killer and the auror. Two sides of the same story, but they can't ever fit together. The two of us on the other hand..."

Bry sighed and looked away. "I'm not some replacement because you can't have Charlotte, right?"

"No. No. Nothing like that." Aaron shook his head. "I don't know what I was thinkin' truthfully. I guess she was there to fill the hole you left."

Bry looked up at him and smiled. She leaned up and kissed him gently. "I missed you."

Aaron wrapped his arms around her waist and kissed her back. "I never left." He smiled.
