Hufflepuff Comman Room

Alice walked into her comman room. Seeing that there was no one there she decided to take the seat closest to the window. She sat her bag down on the floor by the chair and pulled out her book to start reading again. She giggled to herself, Rosalie was always getting on to her for burrying her head in a book instead of living n the real world. 'Well that's what Rose says anyways' she thought to herself.

Lucas saw Alice in the common room when he came in.

"Hey, Alice" he said

"Hey, Lucas. What have you been up to lately?" She asked him as she closed her book and turned to look at him.

"A lot and nothing really. You?" Lucas asked

"Just hanging around really. I haven't been up to anything lately." Alice said with a small smile and shrugged her shoulders. "Rose is off doing something without me, as usual, I'm just here reading this book." She said looking at her copy of Pride and Prejudice.

"Nice book." Lucas commented

"Thanks. Honostly, I just grabbed something off the shelf. I've read most of them at home." She said with a small smile.

Lucas looked at the girl that just walked in.

"Hey, you're new?" asked Lucas smiling

Zoe looked up at the sound of a voice directed toward her. "Yea." It took a little to get that out. "Yea, I'm new. Just got here. I'm Zoe." She said smiling a little back.

"Nice to meet you. I'm Lucas Granger and this is Alice. You transfered?" asked Lucas curiously

"Yea. Well kinda. I was under private instruction. But my teacher couldn't continue so. Here I am." Zoe told him. Looking from Lucas to the girl that he had introduced as Alice. She nodded a little, "Hi."

"Nice to meet you," Alice said to Zoe.

"Nice to meet you too." Zoe said with a small smile in return.

"I have a sister that goes here also, and I came here after she did so I know what it's like to be new here and at least one friend can be helpful." Alice told Zoe. "So what do you think of Hogwarts so far?"

Zoe thought on it for a few moment. What did she think of the school? "Well its nice, big and crowded. I get lost way to easy. But other than that its good." Zoe told her with a small smile. Alice said she had a sister here. Having siblings must be nice. But Zoe didn't know anything about it, seeing that she was an only child.

"It is really easy to get lost here," she told Zoe. "If you ever need help finding your way around, I could try to help, if I don't get us a little more lost in the prossess." Alice laughed lightly.

Zoe laughed, she couldn't help it. "That sounds like something I would do." It really did. she was always getting lost.

Nikki walked through the portrait hole. She rolled her eyes in stress. She smiled at the two other girls in the room. She walked in more and grinned. "Hi! I am Nikki Tongue and I am in the 4th year!" Nikki said almost hyper.

"Hi. You must be new. I'm Lucas, and this is Zoe and Alice" said Lucas with a smile

Zoe looked up as she saw another new face enter the common room. "Hello." She said with a small nod.

"It is nice to meet you all!" Nikki grinned. "Are-Is some of youse-I mean is one of you guys a fourth year?" Nikki said with some trouble.

"No. Zoe is in the 6ht year and I'm in the 7th" said Lucas

"And I'm also in the 6th year." Alice told Nikki.

"Oh, a shame..I must be the youngest here" Nikki said almost sad. "Do we get schedules or do we just..go to class automatically?" Nikki asked almost confused.

"You just go to classes, mostly all of them. But I suggest going only to the ones you like" Lucas said with a grin

Danielle walked into Hufflepuff Comman Room.

Lucas noticed a new girl walk in.

"Hello" he said with a small smile

"Hello back" Danielle said as she smiled softly.

"I'm Lucas. You're new, right?" Lucas asked
