History:
Legolas is the son of regulas the 2nd. He doesnt know his mother.
Legolas was rasied alone by his father and is known to be the only
child. legolas was admitted to hogwarts at the age of 11 and is in his
3rd year. Legolas has muggle relatives living in albania, and has seen
them once or twice before. He knows that his mother was born in london
at st. mungo's, but has no clue to who she was. he hopes that someday
he might meet her and discover a bond long broken.
