While others were at the dance

Jennifer looked down frowning, she liked him, and would have liked dating him, but she wasn't the kind to take other peoples men. "Theres another werewolf here?" Jennifer said with shock in her voice.

Jordan watched her expression change and frowned, he felt bad for hurting her feelings.

"Yeah. Her name is Brandy Lupin. And i think there a quite a few other Werewolves too. About three atleast", He answered with a nod.

"Wow, really, I wonder why I couldn't tell, I'm usually so good at smelling them out." Jennifer asked herself. "So do you know of any single guys?" Jennifer asked not wanting to give up.

Jordan thought on her question for a few moments. Trying to recall anyone he knew. "Not that i cant think of at the moment, but im sure there are quite a few around the castle", He said, giving her a goofy thumbs up to make her laugh.

Jennifer couldn't help but laugh as he gave her the thumbs up. "So how long have you been a vampire?" She asked wanting to change the subject.

"Well, i've lost count really, but im possitive that im 99 years old", He said with a smirk, it was funny to admit being that age, and it was rather strange to him too. He was amazed that it had been so long already.

"99!?" Jennifer asked with a look of puzzlement on her face. "But your not old looking, actually you look very hansome." Jennifer said, then felt her cheeks turn pink.

Jordan laughed, "Why thank you", Jordan said with a slight bow. "Yeah i dont exactly change in appearance", He explained.

"I don't understand, your a student, how can you be that old, and still be a student?" Jennifer asked, wondering how come he is so old and still a student.

Jordan had asked himself the same question not too long ago. He had repeated Hogwarts classes so many times that he knew them all by heart. "I had nothing else to do with my time", He said with a grin.

"Then how can you be dating someone who is so much younger than you, doesn't it bother you?" Jennifer asked, hoping that he wasn't mad about her asking so many questions.

"I feel like im being interviewed", Jordan laughed and then answered her question, "I bit her by mistake a long while back. We are around the same age".

"Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to ask so many questions, I'm just really curious." Jennifer said, feeling alittle bad. "You know, your the first one that I have ever told about me being a werewolf, so please don't tell anyone else." Jennifer said carefully.

"No it's ok, that's not what i meant. I just think it's funny is all", Jordan corrected kindly. He heard a fox run by behind him and he was tempted to go after it. He listened to what she had to say and nodded in agreement, "I will not do anything of the sort, Dont worry", Jordan grinned.

"Why the frown?", He asked, curious as usual, he sat down on a near rock with his back to an overlarge oak tree.

"It's just that I have been really lonely, and you are a really nice guy." Jennifer said, not wanting to continue and look like shes desprite.

Marina smelled the blood and came to check up on it. She saw Jordan and some girl. She walked over and smiled politely. "Hey Jor, and... sorry I don't know your name." She said smiling at the girl, her fangs lightly showing. "I'm Marina Delacour." she said and stuck her hand out for the girl to shake.

"Oh, hi, Jennifer Edgelong, it's nice to meet you." Jennifer said, then shook her hand. "Me and Jordan here were just talking about the dance." Jennifer said, to keep from thinking about her being a vampire and Jennifer a werewolf.

Mari smiled and sat down beside Jordan. "Yeah, Jor doesn't usually go to dances." she smiled and shouldered him lightly. Marina could smell that Jennifer was a werewolf. "You know, there are quiet a few of you werewolves around the school now. One of my best friends Isabella is one, just recently."

"Oh, you could tell that, huh? Well, he was telling me that you were one of him, and that there are others of me around. But I'm not quite sure I want anyone to know just yet." Jennifer said, hoping this girl would understand.

Mari nodded. "Yeah, I understand why you'd want to."

Jennifer smiled as she said she understood. To Jennifer, it seemed like everyone was pretty much nice. Maybe it would be ok to tell people, but only certain people. "So how long have you to been together?" Jennifer asked, changing the subject once again.

"About a year." She smiled and took Jordan's hand. "Feels like a lot longer though."

"Wow, a year, that is a long time. Then again any length is long, I've never been in a relationship." Jennifer said, feeling sad again.

Mari felt sorry for her. "Aw, don't feel sad. My best friend is single but I wouldn't tell you to date him, he's not exactly..... nice." she glanced at Jordan because she knew he didn't like Jude.

"Anything is better than nothing, can you describe him to me?" Jennifer asked, hoping he was good looking, but even if he wasn't maybe she would still want to meet him.

Mari sighed. "Well, he is good looking, he has a.... sense of humor.... but it can be bad." Mari thought how to describe him. "He... doesn't like muggles, parties a lot, and likes to prank."

"Hmm...He sounds pretty fun, but what is his fisical appearance?" Jennifer asked, wanting to be able to picture him in her head.

"Fun, yeah right, im sure the muggles think he's loads of fun", Jordan muttered under his breath. He had Jude had never liked one other. "Well, if you ask me he takes after his snake father", He said, and was quite afterwords, he knew Marina wouldn't exactly like him insulting her friend.
